Back again, the development

I was not expecting the year 2024 to be this satisfying. After dusting my side projects in 2024, I was wondering to find the next right thing to build. Quillcaster was born out of my dissatisfaction with the existing social media tools. Initially, I wouldn’t want to spend all my energy building something that is not going to be used by anyone. To keep it simple, I always wanted to build a tool for end users, a day-to-day users of social network and not a company, a tool that can be triggered by a hotkey.

Finalizing the features for the first release

This is my blueprint on the number of features planned for the first version. I have an ambitious vision of building a huge fortress. To start with, I’m going to establish a foundation and focus on functional features that can be packed for the first release of Quillcaster. It’s challenging to organize yourself when you have numerous features that you believe would make this service operational. I firmly believe a foundation for the application that would accommodate all the feature sets is crucial, and the first version is focused more on building those essential scaffolds.

As a web application developer, I find great pleasure and motivation in creating tools that solve real-world problems. There’s an indescribable satisfaction in watching an idea come to life through code and grow into a useful application. This passion has driven me to develop two applications so far: DMARCTracker and Hellokea. Now, it’s fueling my latest one: Quillcaster. While marketing my existing apps, I encountered a common hurdle many developers and small business owners face - effective social media management.
